Refund policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. The Pause Lab offers a 30-day refund policy on all digital products.

Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.

How to request a refund

Email us at hello@thepauselab.shop with:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order number (from the order confirmation email)
• A brief reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated — it helps us improve)

We will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

What we do not refund

• Purchases older than 30 days
• Refund requests made after the customer has used the workbook contents for commercial purposes
• Bundle purchases where individual components have been substantially reproduced or redistributed

No questions asked

We do not require proof of dissatisfaction or detailed explanations. If you say it didn't work for you, that's reason enough.
